What you will be doing as a Business Analyst:

You will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our clients and supporting potential investment opportunities. You will be a key player in our RocketRevenue label, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of marketeers, sales excellence managers, designers, revenue operations specialists, and data scientists. Your analytical skills and business acumen will drive informed decisions, optimise strategies, and enhance business performance for RocketX and our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:


Commercial Due Diligence:

  • Conduct comprehensive commercial due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and business models to assess the viability and potential of investment targets.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the investment team, client team and senior management.

Market Insights:

  • Collaborate with B2B SaaS clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and deliver insights that inform and enhance commercial strategies, ensuring measurable growth and success.

Data Analysis:

  • Dive deep into sales and marketing data to extract valuable insights and identify trends.
  • Use data analysis to optimise revenue strategies and improve business performance.

Customer Journey:

  • Oversee the entire customer journey of our clients, from prospecting to conversion, ensuring seamless alignment across all stages.
  • Optimise the path to revenue realisation, ensuring clients reach their growth milestones.

Performance Analysis:

  • Create clear and concise reports on revenue metrics and performance.
  • Narrate the journey from data to results, guiding internal teams and clients with insightful updates.

Job requirements

What we are looking for in a Business Analyst:

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial analysis, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the B2B (consultancy) industry.
  • Full professional working proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Tech-savviness to drive the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
