What you will be doing:

Recruitment of New Rocketeers in Amsterdam Office

We are growing and need you to manage and coordinate internal recruitment for the Amsterdam office. This is a considerable part of the role as it is time consuming. (don't worry, when it gets busy, you have a whole recruitment team that can support you!)

Onboarding of New Rocketeers in Amsterdam Office
Making sure they have a soft landing and enjoyable start! e.g. (welcome package, helping set up systems, explain employee handbook). 

Building relationships and foster culture
We all love a positive work environment. One of your HR responsibilities is to listen to colleagues in regards to the work environment and take action if there is an issue to be addressed. Plan and organize employee engagement activities (fun ones as well!), fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction.

HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in Personio/Leapsome and other relevant systems, including personal information, absence, and performance evaluations. Handle HR-related documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.

Office Management
Oversee office operations, including supplies management (e.g. groceries) and coordinating office events.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure a well-functioning office environment. (e.g. WiFi providers)

Training and Development
Coordinate and organize training sessions to enhance employee skills and development.

Performance Reviews
Support Managers and Team Leaders  in the performance review process by setting up the rhythm and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.

Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.

Job requirements

  • You have excellent communication skills;

  • You speak and write English and Dutch on a professional level.
