What you will be doing as a Revenue Operations Specialist

Currently we are looking for someone who takes ownership of the marketing & sales funnels of RocketX and our client projects. We need someone who gets ‘creative’ with all commercial teams to nurture leads and customers to win deals and keep the customers happy. Someone who sets up and tracks sales & marketing data, and consequently optimises the reporting and customer journeys.

Client-Centric Navigator: Step into the shoes of a navigator charting a course to revenue success. Collaborating closely with B2B SaaS clients, you'll decode their business objectives, challenges, and revenue targets. Your guidance will align strategies, steering clients toward a destination of measurable growth.

Insights Architect: Envision yourself as an architect constructing revenue-enhancing insights. By collaborating with internal teams, your recommendations will fortify revenue generation strategies. You'll leverage data analysis to lay the foundation for informed decisions, reshaping revenue landscapes one blueprint at a time.

Data Virtuoso: Become the maestro of sales and marketing data analysis. You'll dive deep into data streams, extracting valuable insights that illuminate trends and opportunities. Your expertise will fine-tune revenue strategies, playing a pivotal role in optimizing business performance.

Steward of Client Journey: Picture yourself as a steward, overseeing the entire client journey from prospect to conversion. With a keen eye, you'll ensure seamless alignment across each stage. Your meticulous care will optimize the path to revenue realization, ensuring clients reach their destination successfully.

Data Sentinel and CRM Gatekeeper: Step into the role of a data sentinel, safeguarding the integrity of client information within the CRM and tools. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy, empowering confident decision-making and fostering a robust sales pipeline.

Technological Pathfinder: Envision yourself as a pioneer, blazing a trail with cutting-edge tools and technologies. Your insights will steer the integration of systems that amplify revenue operations. Your tech-savviness will empower efficient reporting, transforming data complexity into actionable insights.

Performance Narrator: Imagine yourself as a storyteller, narrating the tale of revenue metrics and performance. Your reports and updates will provide a clear and concise narrative that guides internal teams and clients alike, showcasing the journey from data to results.

Job requirements

What we are looking for in a Revenue Operations Specialist

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the B2B (SaaS) industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Extensive experience working in Salesforce
  • Experience with other CRM systems and relevant sales and marketing tools is preferred
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Tech-savviness to drive the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
