We are currently seeking a data driven Sales Excellence Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving success to join our fast-growing team.


What you will be doing as a Sales Excellence Manager:

As the Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success for our scale-up clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching, Training, and Guiding: You will work closely with the sales department of our scale-up clients, providing expert coaching, training, and guidance to enhance their sales performance.

  • Analyzing and Identifying Solutions: You will conduct comprehensive assessments of our clients' current sales organizations to identify any roadblocks and gaps. Based on your analysis, you will devise and implement effective solutions to drive sales excellence.

  • Strategy and Revenue Growth: Leveraging your strategic mindset and sales expertise, you will collaborate with our clients to develop winning strategies that will propel their revenue growth and success.




Job requirements


What we are looking for in a Sales Excellence Manager:

To excel in this role, we seek the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales, customer success or consulting experience, demonstrating your deep understanding of data driven sales process and what it takes to achieve remarkable results.

  • Ideally, you have experience in a client-facing role, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • An affinity for cool tech-companies, as you'll be working with cutting-edge and innovative scale-ups.

  • Residency within commuting distance of Amsterdam and fluency in English.
